Department Store Tyrol – the app is here

For modern department stores, retailers, and service providers, it is increasingly important to connect their offline shops with the online world. The Kaufhaus Tyrol therefore opted for a comprehensive e-commerce solution from syreta. In addition to the new website, an app was created that offers immediate benefits for the approximately 55 store operators and their customers:

Through the function “Mary’s Chat” direct communication between customers and shops, service providers, and catering establishments of Kaufhaus Tyrol is possible. Customers select a specific category (e.g., Beauty, Gift Items, Household) and can then send an inquiry to the appropriate shops, service providers, or catering establishments. The shops receive the inquiry and can send the response (e.g., product suggestion including image/price, reservation confirmation) back.

The app also offers a loyalty program in which every euro spent at Kaufhaus Tyrol is credited to a customer account. In return, there are rewards and gifts. 1 euro is 1 point.

Checking the current balance on gift cards is also very easy with the app. To do this, the card number on the back of the gift card is entered into the app. Everything at a glance: In the app's shop overview, you will find the Kaufhaus Tyrol shops, service providers, and catering establishments along with the respective contact details.
