Natural Power GmbH is a subsidiary of the owner-managed Almi GmbH, which is based in Oftering, Upper Austria. Almi is one of the leading experts in the international food industry. With more than 30 years of experience in sports nutrition, Natural Power continues to inspire athletes as well as health-conscious people today. To give the powerful products an appropriate stage, syreta was able to create a new, strong web presence for them.

A Page Full of Useful Functions

In order to present the carefully manufactured products appropriately in the webshop, Natural Power’s existing web presence was completely revised and a new site with numerous features was implemented. The new webshop was connected in the background to the existing ERP system “ABAS” via a custom-programmed interface. All item data is fed from this system into the webshop and then presented attractively.

In addition to the focus on an appealing product presentation including all necessary information, great emphasis was also placed on simple and intuitive operation. In terms of user-friendliness, the new Natural Power site especially stands out with the product search, or rather the specially created product filter. With it, products can not only be searched for; a special function also makes it possible for users to be shown and recommended products that match their desired training goals.

ERP Integration as the Foundation of the Webshop

A specially developed interface to the ABAS ERP system is more than a technical detail—it is the prerequisite for the webshop to function reliably at all. Item data, inventory levels, prices: all of this comes directly from the system that is already in use at Natural Power. That means no duplicate data maintenance, no inconsistencies between the online shop and inventory management, and no manual rework with every product change. For a range that is updated regularly—new products, new variants, seasonal promotions—this is a decisive gain in efficiency. The interface runs in the background and keeps the shop automatically up to date.

Product Filter with Training-Goal Logic: More Than a Search
