Multimedia exhibition stand

For the internationally operating Austrian market leader in the field of "Installation systems for electrical engineering," Dietzel GmbH, syreta provided the technical background for the exhibition stand of the 21st century. Known for extraordinary and creative exhibition stand concepts for years, Mr. Prok. Oliver Ferner-Prantner and his innovative team once again caused a sensation at the "Power-Days 2011" in Salzburg.
Under the motto "Firefighter," the specialists from Dietzel presented the products of the new LSF0H series (LS=low smoke, F=flame retardant, 0H=zero halogen) to the enthusiastic trade fair visitors and provided entertainment through strong interaction with customers.
The visual appearance, a high entertainment factor, and competent product advice formed the three well-thought-out and professionally implemented focal points of the success concept. For the latter two, syreta realized a multimedia overall solution.
Three game stations, consisting of a skill game, a quiz game (from a pool of questions, 10 questions were displayed per participant on a touch screen monitor via a random generator), and a Wii game, provided a lot of fun and excitement.
For the first two games, speed was crucial, while in the case of the Wii game, achieving the highest possible score within a certain time frame was key. The registration of participants, as well as timekeeping and capturing of scores, was carried out via iPhone or iPad and was directly transmitted to the server via Wi-Fi and assigned to the customer.
The browser-based solution developed by syreta automatically converted the achieved score (of the Wii game) into time, based on a defined key, delivering the overall result and the participant's corresponding ranking promptly. The Score List was automatically updated, and the TOP TEN rankings were displayed on a separate large screen monitor. Additionally, they were shown as a screensaver on touch screen monitors when these weren't used for more than two minutes.
All product catalogs were available as digital flip catalogs for customer discussions and could be comfortably viewed on touch screen monitors. To spare customers the trouble of "carrying around" catalogs, Dietzel employees could also note the sending of desired product documents to specific customers via iPhone or iPad.
A special export function enabled Dietzel to quickly and easily transfer the collected customer data into their own CRM system, thus ensuring a professional follow-up of trade fair contacts.
In response to the cooperation with syreta and the quality of the solution received, Mr. Prok. Oliver Ferner-Pranter praised especially the pleasant and accurate communication, the very rapid implementation of the requirements, and the optimal cost-benefit ratio.
