Precise dealer app optimizes sales process
For the natural stone logistician Stein & Co, we developed a sales app together with the agency SERY* that directly connects the customer with the product and provides a clear additional benefit in the sales conversation. An example of digital communication that directly impacts the customer, conveys added value, and accelerates the sales process.
The Stein & Co. app was primarily tailored to the needs of the dealers. „Whether in their own showroom or on-site at the customer – the entire range of offers including product details is displayed, application examples make the product real and tangible, and the offer layout is more efficient and precise“, says Franz Edtberger, marketing manager at Stein & Co.
The app includes product descriptions, current availabilities, sizes, prices, inquiry and wish lists, as well as an additional area exclusively for dealers. „From the first consultation to the order, the app supports the entire sales process“, says Nina Simmer.
As part of the website relaunch, the app was also integrated here and thus operates on an additional channel. All functions of the app are also available online on the website.
