Since 2014, Austrian companies that are committed to customer-friendly solutions and thus advance the Austrian eCommerce and digital landscape have been awarded the Anton Award by A-Commerce. Submissions in the category Agency & Service Providers are evaluated and the winner determined by an independent jury consisting of industry experts and decision-makers.
Shopping with a difference! The new service shopping platform Spotlike has realized a new way of shopping. The platform enables direct online communication between customers and companies. Similar to an online marketplace, the customer posts a specific product or service request on the website or in the app - such as a red sweater in size 36.
This purchase request is sent to all clothing stores participating in the service platform. Retailers interested in the request send their offer via Messenger to the potential customer, tailored to the customer's requirements. The customer can compare the offers based on the sent product descriptions, photos, etc., and then reserve the preferred product with the retailer and directly agree on the purchase terms with the seller.
Spotlike was developed especially for brick-and-mortar retail. It requires new service and sales concepts, considering the changed purchasing behavior and the online boom, to be successful in the long term.
