With the “dieBiokiste” app we developed for Android and iOS operating systems, orders can now be managed even more easily and quickly. Once linked to their customer account, orders no longer need to be entered via the browser but can be placed very easily via the app. Instead of using email as before, users are simply informed directly on their phone via push notifications about the status of their order.
