VENKO, specialists in neuromarketing, undertook the realignment of the entire brand, and we paid special attention to lead generation and tracking on the website.

A major concern in redesigning the website was Newo's lead management, which had previously been rather opaque. Until the relaunch of the site, Newo provided all product information to potential customers and interested parties on the company website, and potential buyers were referred to nearby dealers by the customer service team. Whether the customer was subsequently satisfactorily advised by the recommended dealer and whether there was ultimately a purchase completion, Newo was not always able to precisely track.

Thanks to the new website with the intelligent system in the background, the journey for the customer does not end there. Just moments after the purchase conclusion, they receive access to the exclusive Newo customer portal. There, they are provided with documents such as operating instructions as well as information about promotions or vouchers for the next purchase.
