Online and Offline – the Shopping World of Grill&Co
In the two Grill&Co Weber® Original Stores, grill masters will find their Eldorado across a total of around 2,000 square meters: Weber® Store, Grill Academy, seminar rooms, show kitchens, and much more. While customers fillet steaks in the grill seminar, discuss the advantages of charcoal with the grill professionals, and shop directly in the store or online, the powerful business software from BMD (inventory management, financial accounting, CRM, time tracking, etc.) is running in the background.
The integrated online shop was developed and implemented by syreta. Everything runs here – synchronously! There is no longer any separation between online and offline, explains Andreas Tauschek from Syreta: “For example, the customer can purchase vouchers online and redeem them in the store later. If he buys items in the store, they are automatically saved in his online account. At Grill&Co, there is now a self-contained shopping world!” Other highlights include the product configurator, customer reviews, as well as the clear presentation and description of all products.
