The e-commerce platform for the international luxury fashion label Lacoste coordinates the complex, global order system between clothing manufacturers and logo producers. It precisely controls which logo producer delivers to which textile manufacturer. This is achieved through a complex article allocation with numerous attributes. In addition to a detailed product presentation, a functional complaint management, and consideration of the legal background (terms and conditions) of the individual actors, special attention was paid to "fraud management" to identify, minimize, and monitor any potential license violations.
The complex e-commerce solution for Lacoste also manages the procurement and allocation of advertising materials for global campaigns. This ensures that the right advertising materials in the right quantity attract attention in stores worldwide.
This is what distinguishes this e-commerce solution: global management of order processing between various stakeholders, detailed product presentation, functional complaint management, and web-based fraud management.
